The Obelisks
Obelisk were very useful to people of the past, and even today. A Obelisks was a monument. The purpose for a Obelisks was that Pharoahs recognizes themeself. Another purpose for a Obelisks is telling time. I will describe the Obelisks that it is made out of stone, it as faces, and it is a Hieroglyphics. Today we used Obelisks like cell phones towers, and for decorations. As in now obelisks have hieroglyphic, and aren't made of stone. |
Nile River
The two longest river are Africa, and The world. The Nile River flows to a sea called Mediterrranean Sea. Nile River gets its water from the mountains. It describes it like south and Nouth. The length for Nil River 4,000 miles. Ancient people call it “The Gift of the Nile” . It's didn’t flood today because of the construction of the Aswan Dam. The continent that actually being at Afica, or the mountains. The two names for Egypt hieroglyphics, and PaPyrus. Cataract are Nile River. Delta is a place where the Nile River spreads out and drains into the Mediterranean Sea. |
Mummies
Mummies and pyramids went together like paper and pencil and were a huge part of Egyptain religion. The group of people that were mummified were most likely have been buried in the sand in regular times. The purposes of being mummified, is after you die enjoy your afterlife. The organs placed them in ceremony by 4 priests, one dressed as Anubis. The Inner organs were removed and put in conopic jar because they want to take their soul. A cartouche is a carved tablet or drawing representing a scroll with Rolled-Up ends and they were used for talking and sending messages. A sarcophagus a stone coffin, typically a dorned with a sculpture or in scription and they were used for, so they can put mummies inside.
